Shipping policy

Every order ships from Canada.

Canada and the United States

Shipping is worked out at checkout from Canada Post's rates for your address, plus a small handling fee.

US customers see US dollars, converted at the day's rate. US orders ship with import duties prepaid, so there's nothing extra to pay at the door.

We don't ship outside Canada and the US yet. If you'd like one somewhere else, email hello@myupspal.com.

Prices in Canada are in Canadian dollars. Returns are covered in our refund policy.
