Returns

Changed your mind? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.

It's fine if you've opened it and tried it. It just needs to come back undamaged, with everything it came with.

Return shipping is on you, and the original shipping cost isn't refunded. For US returns, that includes any customs fees.

Email hello@myupspal.com before you send anything, and we'll tell you where to ship it. We refund within 5 business days of getting it back.

If something's wrong with your My UPS Pal, that's covered by our warranty, not this policy, and we pay the shipping.
